To qualify for a Medicare rebate* for a video consult you:

1. MUST have a valid Medicare Card
2. and MUST have had a face-to-face consultation at our practice within the last 12 months

* You can still book a video consult if you don’t meet the above criteria, but be aware that no Medicare rebate will apply.
