We are a private billing practice. Payment is expected at the time of booking. Children under 16 years are bulk-billed*
Most of our GPs bulk-bill concession card holders*
* All patients are privately billed during evening clinics (including concession card holders and children).

If you have cold or flu symptoms and need to see a doctor, please book an appointment at the Pioneer Respiratory Clinic.
Where do I go?
All appointments are at 2 Pioneer Road, but we have two separate entrances at either end of our building:
- Pioneer Health [yellow entrance]
- Mackenzie Centre [green entrance]
Your reminder message will tell you which entrance to go to.
