Gary grew up in Norfolk in the UK. He completed his mental health nurse training in 1995 at the University of Hertfordshire and later completed his masters degree at the University of East Anglia to become a nurse practitioner. He moved to Albany with his family in 2015.

Gary has worked in many different mental health services in the UK and Australia giving him a broad general knowledge. Areas of interest include child and adolescence, neuro-divergence, trauma/PTSD, and men’s mental health.
Outside of work Gary enjoys singing, swimming, and riding motorcycles.
