Justin grew up in Albany and moved to Perth to study Medicine at UWA. After graduating in 2001, he spent time in various places around Australia and overseas gaining experience. He completed his general practice training in the Northern Territory including two years in East Arnhem Land. His particular interests are Aboriginal health, mental health and acute medicine. As a rural generalist he divides his time between general practice and critical care at Albany Hospital. Justin returned to Albany in 2022 and has settled on the family farm with his wife and two daughters. When not working, he enjoys time spent on his farm, fishing, camping, hiking and woodworking.
