A number of our GPs visit aged care homes providing comprehensive medical care, including assessments, treatment, and ongoing management of health conditions for elderly residents in a familiar, comfortable environment.
We believe it is very important to provide regular, high quality care to patients at Aged Care facilities, as they often have multiple or complex health issues, but are not able to regularly attend the practice.
