Fees
Our billing policy
We are a privately billing general practice and require payment for consultations after your appointment. A rebate can be claimed from Medicare and we are able to submit your account directly to Medicare electronically, upon the presentation of your valid Medicare card.
Children
Children under the age of 16 will be bulk billed except for any appointments in the evening clinic.
Bulk billing of concession card holders
Most of our GPs bulk bill patients with a current concession card for standard appointments.
This applies to standard GP consultations (not long consultations) and does not include appointments in the evening clinic or special services.
Special services for which bulk-billing does not apply:
- Skin Clinic
- Aesthetic Services
- Obstetric Services
- Treatment Room Fees
- Lactation Consultant
- POSSUMS CLINIC
- PAEDIATRIC DEVELOPMENT ASSESSMENTS
- CHRONIC FATIGUE CLINIC
- PELVIC PAIN CLINIC (note: high school students ARE bulk-billed)
Valid concession cards are:
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Health Care Card
- Commonwealth Seniors Health Care Card
It does not include WA Seniors Card.
Procedural and nursing fees
Our practice has fees associated with services and procedures provided by nurses or GPs. You will be informed of any procedure or facility fees before the service is provided.
