Tanya has joined the team as Pioneer Primary Care Co-ordinator to enhance the care of patients with a chronic condition. She grew up in Perth but has lived in Albany with her husband and children for the past ten years and definitely calls it home. Being a mother of 5 keeps her very busy but if she has any spare time she enjoys reading, walking the dog and musical pursuits.
